The company has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a technical sales representative based at its Olifantsfontein operation.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for maintaining an existing customer base and developing profitable, sustainable new business.

The key responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:
 provide product, sales and technical support to customers
 ensuring that required sales volumes, margins and debtors targets are met
 ensuring the attainment of customer service objectives and requirements
 liaising cross-functionally to assist in optimising operational productivity and performance
 market intelligence, and assisting with the implementation of market development projects.

To be considered for this position, applicants must satisfy the following profile requirements:
 a minimum grade 12 followed by an appropriate sales/marketing/commercial qualification, or good progress towards achieving such
 approximately 5 years sales experience in a manufacturing environment
 professional communication and people skills at all organizational levels, demonstrating an ability to develop and grow good customer and internal relationships.
 strong negotiation skills with good commercial acumen
 a passion for selling and new business development
 a result oriented problem solver, with proven numeracy and computer literacy
 aluminium technical sales experience will be an added advantage.
