Reception / Finance Admin

Duties :

1.    Answering of internal and external calls, directing to people of Trinity
2.    Taking messages and forwarding to relevant person
3.    Screening calls.
4.    Booking flights, accommodation and vehicles for Staff members.
5.    Ordering groceries, stationery and any office supplies required.
6.    Arrange for collection of documents to be delivered.
7.    Report technical problems to Switch Telecom
8.    Ordering water

1.    Filing
2.    Updating creditors and debtors files
3.    Updating telephone list
4.    Compile records, for company record keeping. (Flights, accommodation, vehicle)
5.    Vodacom Billing (Invoicing)
6.    Receive post from Driver, deliver to correct person.
7.    Trade references
8.    Scanning documents for staff
9.    Updating database
10.  Document preparation for auditing

1.    Retrieve Statements
2.    Recons for payments
3.    EFT payment requisitions
4.    Archiving previous years documents

1.    Send statements and invoices
2.    Follow up on outstanding payments
3.    Archiving previous years documents

Other Responsibilites
1.    Credit applications & credit checks
2.    Weekly age analysis
3.    Following up on all Debtors payments, including the customers that are currently
handled by Financial Manager.
