Job Brief
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer social media accounts for our clients. You will be responsible for creating ORIGINAL text, image and video content that is RELEVANT, managing posts and responding to fans/followers. You will manage each client’s brand image in a cohesive way to achieve individual marketing goals. 
 
As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our client’s views creatively. 
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our client’s social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. 
  • Design and implement social media strategy for our clients to align with individual business goals.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach target customers.
  • Generate, create, manage, edit, publish and share engaging content DAILY - must be ORIGINAL text, photos, videos and news.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Collaborate with other teams when required. 
  • Oversee social media accounts design (example: Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, tabs layouts etc) - the look and feel must be consistent with client’s corporate identity. 
  • Social watching: communicate with fans/followers, respond to comments/queries in a timely manner to maintain Responsiveness Badge, and monitor customer reviews. 
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • Manage and strategies Facebook ads and boosts & monitor results (ROI).
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to management and clients showing results (ROI). 
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
 
Requirements  
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager 
  • Hands on experience in content management 
  • Excellent copywriting skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to deliver creative and relevant content (texts, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, generation of inbound traffic, Keyword Search and Google Analytics 
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels 
  • Analytical and multitasking skills 
  • Degree in Digital Marketing or relevant filed 
  • Highly motivated and creative with great attention to detail 
  • Intermediary skill level for Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator 
  • Photography skills (able to take photos of people and products for posts)
