Introduction
Our Client is  a painting and refurbishment company specializing in working on existing buildings
and structures. As a result, we work as main contractors, and many sites have sub-contractors
reporting directly to us. We manage multiple sites at a time and sites are run with teams of
between 5 - 20 people.

Requirements
Our Client is looking for a Site Manager to complement the already successful team in
place. To fulfill this role, the successful candidate must have:
 experience in the Paint coatings industry, with work experience of at least 3
years in refurbishment
 a tertiary qualification relevant to the construction field (preferably)
 be able to work independently to achieve the highest level of quality and performance on
sites
 be familiar with current Safety legislation and implementation, including work at heights
 strong people-skills to drive implementation and create a quality focused culture
 sound administrative skills.

Duties will include (amongst others):
 Managing contracts to meet the Clients expectations and Company standards in every
way, within budget and scheduled completion dates.
 Building and maintaining a production capacity of committed Employees and Service
Providers.
