Starting ASAP An Accounting firm in Century City requires a full-day admin lady to start immediately.
• Must have own transport and live in Century City or surrounding areas
•Must have previous admin experience, preferably in Accounting, but not essential
•Must be a fast learner and quick to grasp procedural steps
•Must be organised, accurate and have good attention to detail
•Good communication, computer and follow up skills
•Be confident to use initiative and able to work alone
•Be able to work under pressure during busy periods
•Must be reliable, honest and hardworking

Duties will include:
•General reception duties – answering telephone, screening calls, taking messages, greeting clients and making coffee as required •Various admin duties using Word, PDF, Excel, Outlook and Dropbox
•Scanning, saving and editing documents in Adobe PDF
•Maintaining a digital filing system on Dropbox
•Managing a task project scheduling management system (Basecamp)
•Data capturing and updating on SARS e-Filing
•Checking and saving Statements from SARS e-Filing
•Managing and ordering of office supplies
•Scheduling of meetings in Outlook
•Replying to emails, liaising and contacting clients

Full training will be provided, but preference will be given to applicants who are familiar with some or all of the packages we use.
