  • Able to work well by themselves and report back to a team. Also to work within a team.
  • Able to document customer networks, system configuration and how to guides.
  • Well-presented and on-time.
  • No criminal record.
  • Good Troubleshooting ability
  • Attitude is a key player
  • A+ & N+ Certification
  • Must be able to read and write English, Afrikaans will be an advantage
  • Mailbox setup and support (POP, IMAP & Exchange)
  • ADSL support
  • Client Router Management
  • Mobile Data support
  • Assisting clients remotely
  • Basic Linux server support
  • MsSQL and MySQL knowledge will be an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must also be willing to travel to remote sites.
  • Experience – 3 to 4 years in the industry.
