1.  Purpose:-
1.1. The purpose of this role is to enable the company to actively engage the market segments as defined in the company's Plan, to maintain and grow profitable accounts.
2.  Qualification:-
2.1. Minimum   is   a   nationally   approved   matric   Qualification   with
Mathematics as a passed subject.
2.2. Preferably a business or marketing Degree or appropriate diploma such as IMM.
2.3. RE examination passed. (Optional) not required
3.  Skill Set Required:-
3.1. Ability to communicate effectively at senior management level.
3.2.  Some work experience including part time or casual work
3.3. Proactive thinking.
3.4. Ability to take initiative.
3.5. High levels of personal energy and drive.
3.6. Problem solving skills.
3.7. Numeracy.
3.8. Strong written and verbal communication.
3.9. Computer literacy at intermediate level with focus on:
3.9.1.  XLS
3.9.2.  PowerPoint
3.9.3.  Word.

4.  Experience Required:-
4.1.  Minimum  is  4  years  marketing  or  sales/Appropriate  degree.  (not compulsory)
5.  Other Requirements
5.1. Flexibility  in  working  hours  due  to  possible  travel  and  operational requirements.
5.2. Drivers License.
5.3. No Criminal Record
5.4. No Adverse Credit Record.
5.5. No adverse record with the FSB.

7.  Key Tasks and Responsibilities
7.1      Analyse performance.
7.2      Ensure compliance.
7.3      Obtain all necessary documents.
7.4      Develop business plan with existing agents.
7.5      Generate required Business Information from the underwriting system.
7.6      Obtain all bordereau’s on new policies.
7.7      Accredit new agents.
7.8      Obtain new business leads for new agents.
