Are you a Closer/Hunter our client is looking for a passionate, articulate, and enthusiastic New Acquisition Sales Consultant to bring in new customers and new logos to the company. This is a true hunter and relationship management role. The chosen Sales consultant will create positive business outcomes by developing new business and reaching out to our prospects using our differentiated conversation framework and inbound/outbound sales techniques. The chosen New Acquisition Sales Consultant will work in an entrepreneurial start-up environment, focused on providing reliable and differentiated solution.
 
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
·         Minimum five (5) years sales experience in the hosting and cloud industry with a proven track record of success.
·         Proven ability to sell Fibre, Voice, Cloud, and true Hybrid solutions.
·         Proven ability to contact, qualify, develop and close leads by phone, chat and email.
·         Hunter mentality-  Knows how to create opportunities, and close transactional deals
·         Systematic, persistent and efficient when managing both time and accounts.
·         Proficient with MS Office and sales CRM solutions.
·         Ability to work individually as a motivated self-starter.
·         Actively contribute to sales training and workshop sessions.
·         Use interactive tools including chat, forums, email, monitoring and other web based social media to exceed customer      expectations.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·         Fundamental working understanding of Connectivity, Voice and Cloud technologies
·         Proven ability to sell technology products via online channels.
·         Proven ability to contact, qualify, develop and close leads by phone, chat and email.
·         Proven ability on how to structure complex deals.
·         Ability to carry a quota and overachieve month over month.
·         Systematic, persistent and efficient when managing both time and accounts.
·         Proficient with MS Office and sales CRM solutions.
·         Excellent verbal and written communication and sales skills.
·         Be driven and a self-starter.
·         Be part of a team, with best in breed execution quality.
·         Actively contribute to sales training and workshop sessions.

3 Month probation guidelines
30 Day Activities
·         Complete all specified company and services offerings from onboarding
·         Develop sales goals and account plans for prospect accounts
·         Continually increase my knowledge of enterprise services offerings
·         Understand all system and process requirements. Key applications and sales tool of Pipedrive
·         Meet with manager to establish expectations and review forecast, plan and review weekly requirements
·         Identify key decision makers who I need to meet with to have the right engagement into prospect accounts
·         Attend any and all Sales meetings and training pertaining to my business requirements
·         Identify and join professional trade forums associated with prospecting accounts
·         Participate in a weekly sales meeting to report on all commits
60 day Activities
·         Manage first 30 days of change and review the past month’s performance
·         Ensure all plans for first 30 days are completed
·         Report on progress for the prior 30 days as needed
·         Continue fine-tune product/service knowledge, activity standards and operations
·         Account calls that will be need to be made to meet the sales account goals
·         Identify OEM’s in the accounts and work on partnering opportunities
·         Meet with all contacts within the assigned accounts
·         Continue to close for commitment for further actions in the form of follow up meetings, fact funding efforts and introductory meetings
·         Continue to meet with key influential decision makers within accounts to understand time frames in order to build pipeline
·         Begin to understand all organizational functions with the accounts to better understand logistical and procurement processes for professional services
·         Continue weekly communication with manager to ensure access within accounts
·         Work plan and plan work productivity and effectively
90 day activities
·         Monitor first 60 days activity level and results and adjust if necessary
·         Meet with manager to discuss business results; actual vs. plan. Discuss any changes in any of the accounts relating to business opportunities
·         Continue to close opportunities in pipeline and continue to focus on net new business activities
·         Continue ongoing trainings to further enterprise value proposition
·         Continue bi-weekly partner (OEM) meetings for networking opportunities
·         Communicate effectively with my manager to maintain goal congruency
·         Exceed monthly sales quotas; work smart
·         Continue hitting the ground running and proving to management that you can be an impactful asset before the 6month KPI review process.
