Role overview
To support the Product Owner, Product Specialists and Project Team, in delivering working software products and solutions for the company Auto's customers, in accordance with LSA's Change Control Policy, using Agile Project Management principles. This specifically includes the following
• Plan and co-ordinate and project activities across multiple stakeholder teams (including Management, Customers, Software Development, Infrastructure and other Technical Teams, Product, Marketing and Sales)
• Identify, monitor and manage project risks, in co-operation with the Product Owner/Specialist and other key stakeholders.
• Help build a positive, collaborative, and innovative climate that supports LSA's business objectives
• Plan and co-ordinate project activities in accordance with the agreed Change Control Policy.
• Clearly communicate project status, progress, risks, successes and issues/concerns with all stakeholders

Qualifications/
Requirements

• Matric
• Appropriate Project Management qualification and/or relevant Agile Certification
• AgilePM Certification (DSDM) preferred

Experience
• Three years’ relevant experience in an IT project management environment
• Experience with Agile Project Management and working in Agile Teams
• Automotive Industry experience advantageous

Technical skills
• MS Office and MS Project
• Familiarity with Jira advantageous

Non-technical skills
• Ability to thrive when handling complex information and situations
