+/- 3 years’ experience
Submit Daily Stats and Feedback to CC manager timeously
Acquire the ETA of spares-with part description  - constant follow up required with the Procurement department
Ensuring that all calls are updated with correct information, when incomplete
Ensuring that all Branches/Dealers have their calls updated/closed
Techs invalid parts actioning - CC Manager to sign off
Ensure that all chargeable calls are invoiced accordingly
Feedback to customers/branches/dealers
Handling customer complaints and queries professionally and timeously
Liaise with technical managers/branches to timeously resolve issues/escalations
